“Mommy, Daddy, and Me Swimming 101 for Kids with Autism” is a family-oriented program designed to introduce children on the autism spectrum to the joys of swimming in a safe, supportive, and sensory-friendly environment. This program focuses on building water confidence, motor skills, and family bonding, while accommodating the unique needs of children with autism.

With a parent or guardian by their side, children participate in fun and interactive water activities, led by experienced instructors who are trained in working with neurodiverse children. The program incorporates visual cues, structured routines, and gentle guidance to ensure children feel secure and comfortable in the water. Each session is designed to meet the child at their own pace, with an emphasis on gradual skill development and positive reinforcement.

Parents and caregivers are active participants, learning techniques to help their child in the water and strengthen their connection through shared experiences. This program not only promotes physical fitness and water safety but also fosters sensory integration, social interaction, and trust between parent and child.

Our goal is to create a nurturing and inclusive space where children with autism can build confidence, develop foundational swimming skills, and enjoy meaningful moments with their family.
