Music is an effective means through which children on the autism spectrum can associate with each other, communicate and learn. The music classes for autism, provide a safe, sensory-friendly environment in which children could enjoy rhythm, melody and movement as well as enhance their focus, communication and affect. Every class is carefully planned to help meet the individual needs of every child in the way he or she learns.
Children develop social skills, confidence and creativity in a fun-filled inclusive setting through interactive songs, instruments as well as group activities. Our mission is to use music as a bridge of connection – to assist every child to find their voice, and to find the joy of making music together.
This class is 30 minutes long, conducted via Zoom.
